As an onboard Beauty Therapist, you will deliver five-star facial, body, and skincare treatments to international guests traveling the globe. You will run your own column within a high-end luxury spa, recommending advanced treatments and curated home‑care routines to maximize your guests’ wellness experience.
- Administer professional, relaxing, and therapeutic facials, targeted body therapies, and specialized skin treatments.
- Thoroughly cleanse and analyze guest skin types to offer personalized wellness and beauty solutions.
- Maximize guest benefits and your own earnings by recommending suitable premium home‑care programs.
- Maintain flawless sanitation and cleanliness of your workstation and treatment rooms.
- Assist with the daily opening and closing duties of the health spa/salon.
Qualifications & Entry Requirements
- Education: Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC equivalent from a recognized training school.
- Technical Skills: Must have explicit training in both manual face and body techniques.
Your certification must clearly show experience with GALVANIC and FARADIC currents.
- Core Curriculum Covered:
- Skin analysis, mask application, basic body massage, aromatherapy, and basic manicure/pedicure.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding personal presentation, stamina, a welcoming personality, and a genuine passion for guest care.
Compensation & Japanese National Advantages
- Monthly Earnings: $800 – $4,000+ USD (uncapped commission structure + tips, guaranteed minimum $800/month).
- Training & Travel: London Academy training fees, international flights, and medical screening costs are 100% paid.
- Onboard Living: Free cabin accommodation and all meals provided (including pendant meals during 4-week London training).
- Contract: 1st Contract: 9 months (International).
- 2nd+ Contracts: Option for 5-month contracts on Japanese vessels or 9 months on international vessels.
