Ventia runs a two-year Graduate Program that offers practical experience across live projects. It includes structured rotations in Engineering Design, in office project experience, and Sustainability or Project Management to grow technical capability and professional skills.
You will be supported by senior mentors and a graduate buddy, gaining real work experience and making a real impact across communities Ventia serves. This program is designed to fast-track graduates from university to industry.
