Peninsula Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Diabetes Educator to provide evidence-based education and clinical support to inpatients and their families. You will promote protected diabetes management and support patient self-management across medical and surgical services.

Responsibilities include assessing and educating patients with Type 1, Type 2, and other diabetes during admission, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.
