About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team on a casual, part time basis in Sydney NSW 2000. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work arrangements in the fast-paced hospitality sector. Whether you are an experienced chef, kitchen hand, steward, or front-of-house staff member, we have positions available across our diverse range of hospitality venues and events. Our roles allow you to work on a flexible schedule whilst gaining valuable experience and building your professional network within the industry.

Key responsibilities

The specific responsibilities will vary depending on your role and placement, but may include:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment (Chefs)
- Assisting with food preparation, ingredient handling, and kitchen cleanliness (Kitchen Hands)
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware (Stewards)
- Providing attentive customer service and taking orders (Food & Beverage Staff)




- Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner (Food & Beverage Staff)
- Setting tables and ensuring dining areas are appropriately prepared (Food & Beverage Staff)
- Supporting event setup, coordination, and breakdown (Event Staff)
- Maintaining professional appearance and adhering to workplace health and safety standards across all positions

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in your respective hospitality role (Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Stewards, F&B; or Event Staff)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to excellent customer service
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Current Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- For Chefs: Advanced culinary skills and menu preparation experience
- For Event Staff: Experience in event coordination and setup is advantageous
