Job Description

We’re looking for a strong, versatile Senior Lead Developer tobuild and enhance up-to-date applications across the full technology stack. Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,and practical cloud exposure, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, refactor, and maintain end‑to‑endapplications (backend, frontend, integrations).

- Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaderson user stories, design, documentation,



and testing.

- Implement high‑quality, maintainable solutionsusing agreed engineering standards and design patterns.

- Write and maintain unit tests; participatein and lead code reviews.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation.

- Work with containerised and cloud‑hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Python for application and systems development – strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)

- Docker , Git

- Terraform

- Build, packaging, and release processes

- Practical exposure to AWS or similar cloudplatforms

- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)

- Understanding of:

- Cloud‑hosted architectures

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

Nice to Have

- Exposure to AI‑assisted/agentic developertools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
