SharePoint Document Migration Consultant | 3+Month Contract

We're looking for aSharePoint Document Migration Consultantto support a business transitioning from network drives toSharePoint Online.

This is a business-focused role, not a technical migration position. You'll work with stakeholders to map existing file structures, design SharePoint libraries, define permissions, and drive engagement across the business.

Key Requirements:

- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Background in document migration, business analysis, information management, or information architecture
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse and map existing file shares to SharePoint
- Define folder structures, permissions, and document ownership
- Identify documents for archiving or deletion
- Support users with SharePoint best practices
- Keep migration activities on track and aligned with business needs

This is an excellent prospect to play a key role in a high-impact digital transformation project.
