Establish, own and maintain compliance frameworks, calendars, obligations registers and reporting registers across regulatory, lender, contractual and internal requirements.

Ensure compliance obligations are clearly defined, assigned to owners, tracked against due dates and supported by appropriate evidence.

Coordinate the collection, validation and storage of compliance evidence to support audits, inspections, assurance reviews, information requests and compliance queries.

Maintain compliance documentation and records, including policies, registers, approvals and attestations, ensuring appropriate version control and traceability.

Implement compliance assurance processes, including periodic compliance reviews, evidence completeness checks and identification of compliance gaps.

Track, manage and escalate compliance risks, breaches, late or missed submissions, incomplete evidence and non-conformance to internal procedures.

Lender Compliance & Assurance

Coordinate lender reporting requirements, information requests and audit queries.

Ensure lender submissions are accurate, complete and supported by appropriate evidence.

Maintain transparent audit trails for lender reporting and interactions.

O&M; Contract & Internal Obligation Compliance

Track compliance with O&M; agreements, OEM obligations and internal asset management procedures.





Ensure contractual reporting requirements are met and performance obligations are evidenced.

Support improved governance of contractor and internal obligations across the operating portfolio.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

Prepare and coordinate monthly and quarterly operational performance reporting using validated inputs from relevant teams.

Maintain reporting templates, data definitions and reporting rules for key operational KPIs.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure reporting is complete, consistent and decision-useful.

Support regulatory reporting processes relevant to operational assets, including energy, emissions and operational compliance reporting where applicable.

Operations & Cross-Functional Support

Work with Operations, Engineering & Reliability, Operations Readiness, Site Teams and Projects & Construction to validate reporting inputs.

Ensure operational logs, event data, defect registers and warranty information are captured in a reporting-ready format.

Support quarterly and annual portfolio reviews by consolidating performance trends, compliance status and key issues.

Escalate reporting risks, missing inputs, conflicting data sources and compliance concerns as required.
