Easy Cool Air & Electrical is looking for a high-level Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team in tropical Cairns.

This role suits a competent, experienced technician with strong diagnostic ability who takes pride in their work and can confidently manage service, breakdowns and installations across a wide range of systems.

We're not looking for the cheapest technician — we're looking for the right one.

We're building a team of technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy what they do.

The role

You'll work across domestic and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including:

- Service and preventative maintenance

- Fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs

- System installations and upgrades

- Providing practical solutions for customers

- Managing jobs independently while supported by our team





- Technicians with strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability across a wide range of systems will be highly valued.

What we're looking for

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

- Current ARCtick Licence

- Restricted Electrical Licence

- Manual Driver's Licence

- Strong experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning

- Ability to diagnose faults and solve problems efficiently

- Professional attitude and solid communication skills

- Ability to work independently and represent the business well
