Ideal Fasteners is seeking a customer focused individual to join our team based in our brand current head office in Keysborough.
As a key member of our customer service team this role will see you receiving inbound enquiries via phone, email and face to face, processing customer orders accurately into our system, working with internal teams to provide feedback to customers regarding their orders, products and delivery timeframes and supporting your team with other relevant duties as required.
