Homage is seeking a Care Operations & Quality Manager to lead a team of five Service Coordinators, owning clinical governance across NDIS and Support at Home. You will drive data-driven improvements in fulfilment and care consistency, shaping how internal systems support frontline compliance and participant outcomes.
You will report directly to the CEO and manage partnerships with 50+ Support at Home and 10+ NDIS coordinators, ensuring SOPs and SLAs are in place and adhered to.
