Austin Health is seeking a Payroll Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day payroll service within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Department. This full-time parental leave cover role manages fortnightly pay cycles and supervises a dedicated payroll team.

You will coach staff, support managers, and ensure accurate processing while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation. Solid experience with SuccessFactors and Kronos is essential.
