Chapters Boathouse in Two Rocks are seeking a experienced Head Chef to work alongside the owner eventually taking full control of the day to day running of the kitchen
We are open six days a week. Free in office parking available. We do not offer sponsorship and you must have full working rights.
To be considered for these positions you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience across most sections in an al-la-carte kitchen
- An excellent communicator and team player
- Willingness to learn and refine your cooking skills & knowledge
- Knife skills essential
- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Exemplary personal presentation
- An eye for presentation and an unrelenting desire for excellence
- Breakfast experience would be a advantage
