Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, especially aroundSailPoint.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define access governance policies, roles, and workflows.
- Assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).




- Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
- Support testing efforts, including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
- Participate in access certification campaigns and role modeling efforts.
- Identify gaps and recommendIAMprocess improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to IAM topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as aBusiness AnalystinIAM/IDAMdomains.
- Solid understanding ofSailPoint(IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
- Experience in access certification, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
- Good understanding ofIAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
