We are seeking a skilled and reliable qualified Painter and Decorator Tradesman to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our construction projects, ensuring high-quality paint application and finishes. Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as required
- Apply coats of paint, varnish, stain or enamel to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces
- Select appropriate materials and colors based on specifications and customer preferences
- Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring their proper functionality and safety




- Follow industry standards and safety regulations to ensure efficient and secure completion of projects
- Collaborate with team members, including contractors and supervisors, to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are properly stored

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Painter, demonstrating expertise in various painting techniques and applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites (Mandatory)
- Possession of a current construction card
- Knowledge of paint types, color mixing, and matching techniques
- Solid attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently, meeting project deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, lifting, and working at heights
