Our Town Fencing is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Store Sales / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Caboolture QLD. As a retail and warehouse assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining our store's presentation, and supporting the efficient operations of our warehouse.

What you'll be doing

- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection, order processing, and general inquiries
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organised
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking of merchandise
- Support the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, packing, and shipping
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the home improvement or building supplies industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organised and presentable store environment
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
- A genuine passion for the home improvement and fencing industry




- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
