About the Role

Teys Australia isseeking a 12-month fixed-term Sales Administrator to join our TeysAustralia Food Solutions (TAFS) team in Brisbane.

In this role,you'll provide vital sales administration support across key national retailaccounts, while gaining valuable exposure to commercial account management andcustomer relationship activities.

Thesuccessful candidate will ensure customer orders, invoicing, reporting andaccount administration activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Aspart of a team-oriented team, you'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain,Customer Service and Finance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

The keyresponsibilities for this role include:

- Processand maintain customer purchase orders with a high level of accuracy.




- Supportcustomer orders and delivery coordination.
- Managecustomer pricing updates and promotional information.
- Investigateand resolve customer claims, deductions and account queries.
- Supportdebtor management and follow-up of outstanding invoices.
- Presentcustomer and sales reporting.
- Identifyand support process improvement initiatives
- Assistwith customer meetings, business reviews and presentations.

About You

You must have thefollowing experience/skills:

- 1-2years' experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support or similar FMCGrole.
- Strongorganisational and administrative skills.
- Excellentattention to detail and accuracy.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Aproactive approach with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Stronganalytical and numerical capability.
