About Us
The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian-owned company, with our head office based in Adelaide. We operate a growing network of 20 AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores, including 16 metropolitan locations and 4 regional sites. In addition, we own and manage several national food brand franchises, including Carl’s Jr and Subway.

We are currently seeking dedicated full time Site Managers to lead our AMPM stores, with opportunities available in Elizabeth and St Peters. You’ll be supported by our experienced head office team, along with regular on-site guidance from our Operation Managers.

About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and overall store performance. This is a hands-on position focused on delivering operational excellence and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

- Recruit, train, and manage staff





- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

- Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and support customer service

- Oversee store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow

- Support compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Please note: some public holiday work is required due to the nature of the business.

About You

- Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality, or fast food management

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- A passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Confident communicator with a hands-on approach

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
