Are you an experienced Travel Manager or Senior Travel Consultant looking for an exciting short-term contract?
We're looking for a confident travel professional to join a busy team and manage the group travel arrangements for a major incentive event taking place in late October 2026.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be coordinating a high volume of travel arrangements, managing changes and amendments, liaising with airlines and ensuring every traveler receives exceptional service from booking through to departure.
THE ROLE
- Coordinate flights and travel arrangements for a large incentive group
- Manage bookings, amendments, changes and traveler enquiries
- Liaise directly with airline group departments
- Handle a high volume of calls and emails in the lead-up to the event
- Provide accurate, responsive and professional customer service
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong travel consulting or travel management experience
- Previous experience managing large group travel highly regarded
- Experience working with Virgin Australia, Qantas and Jetstar Groups Department preferred
- GDS experience advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and remain calm in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Available to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week
