The Role
- Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs and daily routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and learning frameworks
- Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to enhance service quality
Role Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early learning
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
