Join Our Floral Merchandising Team in Northwest Sydney!

Are you passionate about creating beautiful spaces and bringing joy through flowers? We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products and are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic merchandising field team in Northwest Sydney.

About Us: Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role: As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in Box Hill & Schofields.

Key Details:

- Work Schedule: 3 days/week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Hours: Approximately 18-20 hours per week, starting between 7.30am & 9.00am

Responsibilities:

- Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
- Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays




- Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
- Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
- Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
- Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers

Ideal Candidate: We invite applicants who possess the following skills and attributes:

- A reliable car and a valid driver's license are essential
- Retail, supermarket, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities
- A well-presented professional with a flair for creativity
- Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently
