Dental Receptionist - Orthodontic Practice

We are seeking a new Team member to join our Brisbane City Team

Shine Orthodontics is one of Brisbane's longest established Orthodontic practices dedicated in creating Sensational Smiles across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland and we have an exciting opportunity to join our Brisbane City team as a Orthodontic Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Professional telephone skills when handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Scheduling patient appointments and handling billing and payments
- Maintaining patient records with accurate data entry using various software programs
- Providing administrative support to Orthodontists and collaborating with Team members to manage daily tasks

Our ideal candidate brings the following experience and skills:

- Good interpersonal skills, particularly written and verbal communication
- Proactive approach, anticipating tasks required ahead of procedures
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Team oriented working towards common goals for the practice
- Diplomacy and care for patients
- Strong work ethic and support for the team




- Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy in patient notes as well as procedures
