The Prospect

J&Y; INTERNATIONAL PTY is seeking a skilled, hardworking, and detail-oriented Retail Manager to join our team in UNIMART, Southport.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Manager, your tasks will include:

- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.

- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting retail prices.

- Promoting and advertising the retailers' goods and services.

- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.

- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.

- Undertaking budgeting of revenue and expenses for the retailer.

- Managing recruitment, selection, rostering,



training and supervision of staff.

- Ensuring compliance with retail specific regulations such as occupational health and safety.

- Coordination of consistency within the retailers' multi-channels price, product, promotion and retailer delivery policies.

What You’ll Bring

Relevant business qualification or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
