Strive Community Care is seeking Therapeutic Care Workers (Casual and Permanent Part-Time) in the Ipswich region. The role supports children and young people through a therapeutic home workplace, including 24/7 roster with sleepovers.

Duties include safety, crisis planning, life-skill coaching and mentoring through the WeStrive Program. Applicants should have relevant qualifications, Blue Card, NDIS and Police checks, and a current driver’s licence.
