Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (plus superannuation)

The Roles

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

- Assisting with food and beverage preparation
- Provide feedback to owners on how to improve operations
- Ordering, Cost and Stock Management
- Rostering of staff
- Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure smooth daily operations by developing and implementing procedures
- Ensure efficient flow of communication between kitchen and wait staff

The position Requires





The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

- Have a right to work in Australia
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory or management role within restaurant
- Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Strong interpersonal skills
