At Maxiron, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored commercial lending solutions and exceptional client service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Lending Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with borrowers and brokers, workshop lending scenarios, and play a pivotal role in driving a successful outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and brokers throughout the lending process.

Act as the primary point of contact (Inbound and outbound calls) for loan inquiries, promote and explain the Maxiron differences.

Assess and workshop loan scenarios, collect required documents and determine the feasibility of loan applications

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient lending and settlement process.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower needs and concerns effectively.

Liaise with external stakeholders (Solicitors, accountants and conveyancers)

Prepare loan application submission to risk management.

PRE-REQUISITES





PR or Australian Citizen

Customer service/ sales experience in property or finance is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
