Obsidian in Australia seeks a Domain Expert - Pharmacy (UpToDate Lexidrug) to verify interactions, dosing, and contraindications across the full patient med list in an inpatient setting.

You will apply renal/hepatic dose-adjustment logic, reconcile alerts, and ensure that guidance is carried through to the chart and care team.

This role requires weekly Lexidrug/Lexicomp use, 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience, PharmD and active license.
