Well-established builder who offer construction services to the multi-unit residential and commercial sector are looking to bring on board a Foreman to take on the finishes stages on one of their High Rise projects near Sydney Airport.

As a Foreman you will be directly reporting to an experienced Site Manager and will be responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:

Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site

Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame

Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.

Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for the role of Foreman you will require:





Previous experience with finishes on mixed use developments or commercial new build projects

5 years site supervision experience

Trade qualification as a Carpenter or Construction Management Degree

Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc

Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour

Drive and focus to progress career

Demonstrate leadership skills
