Australian Mentoring Services (AMS) is seeking an experienced After Hours Team Leader (On-Call) to provide leadership and operational support to our frontline Mentors outside standard hours. This hybrid role based in Campbelltown involves rostering, incident management and decisive problem‑solving to ensure secure, high‑quality participant support across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
You’ll work with leaders and stakeholders and help maintain documentation and policies in line with NDIS
