Overview of the Role





We currently have exciting opportunities available for a parts interpreter / clerk to work alongside our Parts team in Smeaton Grange. The successful applicants must possess a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.

Reporting to the Parts Manager your day to day duties include:

- Greeting and serving customers
- Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
- Face to Face and phone enquiries.
- Supply general advice/quotations – parts interpreting
- Following up customer requirements
- Ensuring parts ordered and delivered are accurate
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Follow all internal processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant Must have:

- The ability to multi-task
- Work together as a team
- Dispute resolution skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- Strong organisational skills
