Groundbreaking Mining Solutions supports the mining industry across WA, mainly providing skilled workers for shutdowns, maintenance, and project work across sites in the Pilbara and other mining regions.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant / Workshop Trade Assistant to join our team at our Forrestdale workshop in a casual to perm role (for the right person)

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations with workshop support. You will play a key role in ensuring our equipment, parts, and materials are organised, maintained, and ready to support our mining operations across WA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warehouse operations, including receivals, dispatch and inventory movements

- Picking, packing and stock control

- Maintaining accurate inventory records using our stock management system

- Conducting stock counts and assisting with inventory management

- Collecting and delivering parts and equipment as required

- Assisting the workshop team with Trade Assistant duties when required

- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work environment

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Forklift (LF) Licence (essential)

- Current Manual MR Driver's Licence (essential)

- Previous warehouse and inventory experience

- Experience using inventory or stock management systems

- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in the workshop

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

- Additional industry tickets or licences

- Previous Trade Assistant or mechanical workshop experience

- Mining or industrial background
