What you’ll be doing:

- Responding to inbound enquiries viaphone, email, and live chat
- Guiding prospective customers throughonboarding, product information, and FAQs
- Assisting existing clients withdocumentation,



tax statement queries, and troubleshooting
- Using available tools, templates, and resources to deliver genuine, first-classcustomer support
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure a smoothcustomer journey
- Providing generaladmin supportto wider business operations

About you:

- 1+ year of experience in aclient serviceorphone-based role
- Experience in a regulated orfinancial services/FinTechenvironment is preferred
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and acustomer-first mindset
- Take satisfaction insolving problemsand building trusted relationships with clients
- Thrive in acollaborative environmentand enjoy being part of a growing team
- Flexible hybrid working
