A permanent Farm Hand position is available on a progressive broadacre cropping operation located in Western Australia's Great Southern region. Joining an established team, you will be involved in machinery operation, machinery maintenance, workshop duties and a variety of general farm activities throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within a modern cropping business using well-maintained equipment and technology. About The Role:
- Machinery operation, maintenance and servicing;
- General farm duties and workshop duties;
- Assist with seeding, spraying and harvest;
- Work within farm safety and OHS procedures;
- Work as part of a professional farming team.
About You:
- Previous broadacre farming experience essential;
- Spraying experience preferred;
- Good communication skills;
- Team-oriented attitude;
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety;
- Reliable and motivated;
- Current C Class driver's licence.
