QC Chemist (afternoon shift - 3pm to 11pm)

Autopak-Vetlab is an Australian-owned manufacturer of agricultural and animal health products, based in St Marys, Western Sydney. We're looking for an experienced QC Chemist to join our busy, team-oriented laboratory team on afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm).

You'll be joining a group of skilled analysts who oversee allincoming goods, in-process,and finished goods testing across our animal health and agricultural product portfolio. This role contributes to a variety of QC activities, including routine testing, production support and validation, and stability studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing of finished products and in-process samples
- Assist with testing of the stability program




- Test and support approval of incoming raw materials
- Maintain accurate QC documentation in line with company requirements
- Troubleshoot laboratory issues, including deviations and equipment problems
- Participate in internal audits of the laboratory

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- 3-5 years' experience as a QC Chemist, ideally in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar
- Experience with HPLC and AAS (preferred) instrumentation
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
