We're looking for a motivated and organised person to join our team in a varied role supporting quoting, project coordination, customer service and sales activities.

This position would suit someone with experience in flooring, construction, project coordination, estimating, retail sales or a related industry. Full training will be provided for the right person.

About the Role

No two days are the same. Responsibilities will include:

- Preparing quotations and estimates
- Following up leads,



quotations and customer enquiries
- Assisting with project coordination and scheduling
- Liaising with builders, clients, installers and suppliers
- Assisting with ordering materials and general administration
- Maintaining accurate records within our business systems

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is organised and enjoys dealing with people
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Has positive computer skills and can learn new systems quickly
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Has experience in flooring, estimating, project coordination, retail sales or a related industry (preferred but not essential)
