FULL-TIME RETAIL POSITIONS

Winchelsea IGA is seeking two reliable and motivated team members to join our retail team.

The successful applicants will commence on a casual basis for a 6 month probationary period, with the opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment.

The role involves customer service, stock replenishment, merchandising, stock rotation, date checking, cleaning and maintaining high store standards etc.

Applicants should possess:

• Retail, supermarket, customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
• Robust communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proven reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster,



including weekends and evenings
• A good level of physical fitness suitable for a hands-on retail environment

This position requires employees to be on their feet for extended periods, regularly lift and move stock, assist with deliveries and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
