Rosie Campbells is in the heart of Surry hills, one block from iconic Oxford street. We are a Caribbean bar & restaurant that is an institution for outstanding food & island vibes. We have a heavy focus on live music, with 5 performances a week in our intimate space of 75 seats.

We are currently looking for our next Restaurant Manager! Our quality of food/drink and service is a focal point of our brand. The venue is very popular with high volume of food and drinks.

Rosie's is passionate about a fun, relaxed & vibrant venue. We give a escape from the big city in our little venue, with reggae, great food and staff. We also take pride ourselves on a positive working environment for staff members.

The Role

We are looking for someone with some form of prior management experience, to join us on our next chapter as we see the venue take the next step.



We are after someone to take full day to day control of the venue & support the directors in achieving business objectives.

The role will be customer focus. We are after a manager to charm the crowd on a daily basis & be the face of the venue.

You must have at minimum basic understanding of spirits & cocktails. Training can be organized for those needing to get to the advanced level.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Manage, mentor and develop the front of house team.
- Deliver beautiful service & ensure staff maintain a high standard
- Create offerings tailor made to our consumers
- Support and execute key business objectives
- Report on key financial targets weekly
- Create meaningful relationships with regular consumers
