Appointment Setters $40 per hour + Big Weekly Commissions

Top Tier Marketing Group is seeking dynamic and motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team in Surfers Paradise. This is full-time hours offering an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive base rate of $40 per hour plus substantial weekly commissions. As an Appointment Setter, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, identifying and engaging potential clients to schedule meetings with our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and building the pipeline that fuels our company's success.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists and databases
- Present products and services in a compelling and professional manner to generate interest
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, pain points and purchasing potential
- Successfully schedule appointments and meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system
- Follow scripts and call frameworks whilst adapting messaging to resonate with individual prospects
- Meet or exceed weekly appointment targets and KPIsProvide feedback to the sales team regarding prospect objections and market insights
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall team performance
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously throughout the booking process

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting or similar customer-facing sales roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly
- Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and objections
- Demonstrated ability to work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Resilience and a positive attitude,



with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Proficiency with CRM systems and computer-based sales tools
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive mindset
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- A professional demeanour and solid work ethic
- Preferred: previous experience in the marketing or technology sector
