Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance operations on a full-time basis. You will oversee preventative maintenance, budget management, and contractor coordination across all resort facilities, ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires hands-on maintenance capability, robust leadership, and excellent communication with Body Corporate and hotel management. Work schedule is on weekdays with some after-hours cover as needed.
