VALS is seeking a Youth Access Inclusion Service Worker in Shepparton to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people with disability-related needs within the Children’s Court context. The role sits within Balit Ngulu, VALS’ youth program grounded in culture, self-determination and early intervention.

You will collaborate with courts, families and service providers to identify needs, coordinate referrals and ensure culturally protected, practical support for young people.
