We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NPD Coordinator to support our Research & Development team in bringing innovative products from concept to market.
Reporting to the R&D; Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating product development projects, conducting laboratory trials, managing samples, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with suppliers, laboratories and manufacturers.

Accountabilities:
- Coordinate new product development projects, timelines and deliverables.
- Support day-to-day NPD and R&D; activities.
- Conduct routine laboratory trials and testing activities.
- Prepare, label,
store and manage product samples.
- Record trial outcomes and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Update project trackers and follow up outstanding actions.
- Coordinate laboratory testing, sample submissions and project requirements.
- Gather and maintain supplier specifications, certificates and technical documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, laboratories and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general technical and administrative support to the R&D; Manager.
What we are looking for!
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in NPD, R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, laboratory work or a related field is desirable.
- Knowledge of or exposure to FSANZ, GB Standards and TGA requirements will be highly regarded.
- Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong scientific literacy and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
