The BUSY Group, a not-for-profit organisation, is hiring a Mentor for our Workforce Australia GEN Contract, based in the Cleveland office. You will provide pre-employment support, conduct assessments to identify barriers, and guide customers toward sustainable work or education.

The role runs 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, full time with fixed-term until June 2027 and possible extension. You will engage participants, refer them to recruitment partners, and assist with job search activities,
