Job Description

NIGHT SPARK RESTAURANT PTY LTD We are currently seeking a full-time Chef to join our team at Night Spark Restaurant in Melbourne. As a Chef , you will:

- Prepare high-quality dishes consistently
- Help develop and plan the menu with management
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth food prep
- Manage inventory and place orders when needed
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and OH&S; compliance
- Support junior staff and work as part of a team

Requirements

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Robust leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
