Marsh is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to lead and oversee Marsh’s FCC framework in a hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Crime, and drives AML/CTF governance, policy development, and regulatory adherence.

You will collaborate across lines to embed controls, provide training, and oversee Line 2 risk activities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial crime compliance, with CAMS/ACAMS desirable, and solid communication
