What we are looking for





- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef (all levels will be considered) or Demi/Commis Chef for the main kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food, produce, and kitchen operations
- Clear communication and excellent organisational skills
- A team player who thrives under pressure
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for nights and weekends
