RAC WA Joondalup Contact Centre is looking for a friendly Receptionist who will welcome members, answer calls and connect them with the right RAC team. You will identify needs and build rapport from the first interaction, delivering outstanding service in a busy, member-focused workplace.

The role offers a flexible Monday to Friday roster with some Saturday shifts, supporting service level targets and contributing to a positive team culture within WA’s trusted organisation.
