Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Account Executive, based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for 2 days per week remote working.

The Account

Executive will be responsible for managing client projects together with the support of Account Manager, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, providing updates to clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions.

This role will be highly involved with Influencers marketing from Australian local influencers to overseas talents management, as well as Australian local events management. We are looking for talent who is experienced in Australian & New Zealand media landscape, and familiar with relevant tools & vendors in influencers & events management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Plan, publish and manage social media content,



community engagement and campaign performance reporting.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including creator sourcing, outreach, campaign management and reporting.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, activations and brand experiences, including logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site support.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure campaign deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and strategy.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Liaise with clients, influencers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Campaign Management, and Customer Service.
- Experience in Influencers Marketing across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, RED Note, and Event Management.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese, along with interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with APAC markets and multicultural marketing strategies is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse client needs
