Workfast is looking for an experienced Account Manager with labour hire and recruitment experience to join our Perth team.

- $95k to $110k salary (based on experience)

- Uncapped commissions! OTE $200k

- $5k-$15k car allowance paid monthly (depending on site visits)

Ideal candidates must have a proven background and experienced within the blue collar labour hire and recruitment sector with experience in industries such as mining, civil, construction, rail or manufacturing.

About you

- At least 2 years experience in a recruitment position for Blue Collar roles

- Ideally have at least 1 year Account Management experience in Labour Hire

- Proven experience of account managing multiple clients

- Willingness to chase current business and sales

- Happy to work in the office 5 days a week (Perth CBD)

- Proven track record with managing multiple roles

- Excellent administration and organisational skills

- Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success

- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to site

What you'll be doing

- Recruitment for multiple roles

- Account management

- Business development and sales

- Communicating with clients to better understand their requirements

- Manage and grow existing client relationships

- Screening resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates

- Interviewing potential candidates

- Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions

- Successfully mobilise staff to client sites

- Maintain a database of candidates

- Site check ins and visits for meetings and new starters
