The Opportunity

Based in the Barossa Valley and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base while identifying and developing new business opportunities across Australia's wine regions.

This role combines relationship management, technical product support, and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and has a genuine interest in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of winery customers
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Australian wine industry
- Conduct winery visits, technical discussions & product presentations




- Assist customers in selecting oak solutions that align with their winemaking style and objectives
- Work closely with our global Research and Development team on product innovation and trials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer plans & activity reports
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences & trade shows

About You To succeed in this role, you will ideally have;

- Experience in account management, winemaking, wine production, or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for the Australian wine industry
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team setting
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A customer-focused and commercially minded approach
- Willingness to travel throughout Australian wine regions as required
- Current Australian Driver's Licence

Experience within the wine industry will be highly regarded; however, candidates with strong sales capability and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
