We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day financial operations. ?✨

? YOUR ROLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
? Assist with accounts payable & receivable
? Process invoices, payments & financial transactions
? Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data
? Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
? Assist with month-end and year-end processes
? Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
? Update accounting systems and maintain documentation
? Work closely with finance and other internal teams
⚡ Support general finance and administrative activities

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Strong attention to detail ?
✅ Good numerical & analytical skills
✅ Familiarity with accounting principles
✅ Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets ?
✅ Accounting software experience is a plus
✅ Strong organization and time-management skills ⏰
✅ Good written & verbal communication
✅ Reliable, proactive & willing to learn ?
✅ Accounting, Finance, Business or related qualification is an advantage
