Sci-Fleet Motors are looking for a full time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Administration team at Brendale. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person looking to build a career in accounts payable and increase their administration skills. This is a great opportunity for someone with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn other key functions within the team.

You will be responsible for:

- High volume accounts payable - end to end process (monthly & weekly payment runs)

- Reconciliation of creditor accounts

- Purchase order matching

- Building relationships and liaising with internal & external stakeholders to achieve results

- Manage electronic document and workflow software (Docuware)

- Database maintenance & data entry

- Accurate record keeping

- General administration tasks

- Identifying areas for continuous improvement across accounts payable processes

About you:

- You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role. Automotive dealership experience is desirable, though not essential





- You can demonstrate your ability to be flexible and adaptable

- You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines, with minimal data entry errors

- You can build strong working relationships with your team and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork

- You are a team player and are able to work autonomously

- You have strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
